Garfagnana Innovazione was born as a project in 2011 on the initiative of the Municipality of Minucciano, with the aim of developing the processing chain in the stone sector in Garfagnana and increasing the local transformation system of extracted materials.
The company headquarters is located in a territorial context of high environmental value, we are in fact in the Natural Park of the Apuan Alps, near Lake Gramolazzo, not far from the historic center of the town.

Our Mission
The initiative aims to be a tool for increasing employment and development for the entire Garfagnana area. The path followed is that of high technology applied to stone processing. A short supply chain has therefore been created capable of reconciling and enhancing advanced technologies and those manual skills that have traditionally always been present in these places. Highly qualified personnel were employed which made it possible to create the conditions for collaborations with other parties interested in undertaking this initiative. Garfagnana Innovazione offers highly innovative services, both in the research of stone materials and consultancy, and in technological manufacturing processes.
