Anthropomorphic Robots
CNC machining center
Numerically controlled machining center (5 interpolated axes) for the processing of blocks, blocks and slabs of marble, granite and natural-composite stone. It performs any type of machining, starting from traditional 2D processes (drilling, milling, disc cutting, contouring, shaping, trimming, polishing, sculpting, engraving, chamfering, writing) up to the most complex 3D machining. With one of the largest working areas available on the market, this machine is capable of producing highly precise products.
Anthropomorphic Robots
Four robotic islands made up of as many extremely high precision anthropomorphic robots (7 interpolated axes) are the state of the art of technology for processing the stone sector. The vast work area, up to 5.5m in height, allows the creation of large, all-round works. The great variety of tools for processing all types of marble and stone is combined with the possibility of processing materials for rapid prototyping: plastic materials, polystyrene, resins, etc. These machines, together with the powerful development software present in our laboratories, are able to perform complex operations with extreme ease: the results obtained on the creation of human or abstract figures are of unparalleled quality. Going from the scale sketch or solid model (created on the PC) to the final realization has never been so simple.
